Please note a valid digital identity proofs must be submitted before the stay. If applicable, a copy of the visa should also be provided. Payment conditions: Stay Less Than a Week: Full payment for the entire stay is required in advance. Stay More Than a Week: Weekly rent must be paid in advance before the start of each week. Bond Requirement: A refundable bond of $200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding payments. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: Please note a valid digital identity proofs must be submitted before the stay. If applicable, a copy of the visa should also be provided. Payment Terms: - If the stay is less than a week, the full amount for the entire stay must be -paid in advance. - If the stay is more than a week, advance payment for each week is required before the start of the week. - A refundable bond of $200 is required and will be returned upon departure, provided there is no damage or outstanding dues. House Rules: Clean Up After Yourself: Please help keep our shared spaces tidy by cleaning up after yourself, especially in the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Respect for Furniture and Belongings: Feel free to use the furniture and other items provided, but please treat them with care and keep everything neat. No Overnight Visitors: To ensure everyone’s comfort and privacy, overnight visitors are not allowed. Notify About Visitors: If you’d like to have friends or guests over, please inform me in advance.
