Sports fan close to city and beach

I live in Woodlands, a sought after suburb close to the city to the east ...and only a few kilometers from the beach to the west. Two rooms are available , one for your luggage etc. You have your own private bathroom and toilet. A lovely outdoor area is perfect for a BBQ and sipping on drinks in the warm winter sun. Our property is serviced by bus which stops only a few paces away. We are in EASY walking distance of a pub, shopping centre, convenience store/ petrol station, gymnasium and many restaurants. If you love playing golf you will like it here and I can assist with tee times and maybe getting you a game on a Saturday afternoon.
