Street parking is limited on the street, and it can be a bit tricky in the evenings. The bus stop to the city is only 2 minutes up the hill, and Edgecliff train station a 10 minute walk. The bedroom features hanging space for clothes and shoes and a single bed. Please note this is a family home including my teenage child, my 2.5 y/o very friendly dog, my 5 y/o cat who lives with my elderly mother who has a separate granny flat and her own space on the lower level. The room offers beautiful city and garden views and is on the top floor of my house. There is a lovely quiet garden and a laundry. Other things to note: No dishwasher, great water pressure, fly screens are installed throughout. Rent is $450 per week, inclusive of Wi-Fi, electricity, and gas. A one-week rent security deposit is required, with rent payable in advance. I'm a quiet working professional female. I am up early and keep the house clean and tidy.
