Hi, I’m Raya a friendly, social local that loves living on the Gold Coast. I have 2 boys (7 and 10) that I reside with 50% of the time and a loveable French Bulldog. We live in a beautiful coastal suburb where you can walk to everything, or even use our bikes and skateboards. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double-bed room with TV, desk and built-in wardrobe) with Shared bathroom This ground level room has a double-bed, TV, desk, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and drawers, suitable for 1 person. It is close by to the bathroom which is shared 50% of the week. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. Shoes off inside.
