3 bedroom modern townhouse occupied by myself & cats with 2 double bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs for 2 female homestay students. Walking distance to trains, buses, shops, cafes. Very clean house, very secure. Bedrooms available have bed, desk, chair, bookcase, built-in wardrobe & drawers. Main bathroom shared with other student. House has ducted air-conditioning & heating thoughout; TV area, Netflix, etc, kitchen, laundry facilities. Fee includes gas, water, electricity, internet, cleaning products - food & toiletries, etc student own expense. Have been a Homestay Host since 2006 so very experienced. Short-term or long-terms stays welcome. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 1) with Private bathroom This room has a queen size bed, fully carpeted, room upstairs with two windows allowing plenty of natural light. It has vented air-conditioning and heating. Main bathroom for student but shared with occasional houseguest. Capacity: 1 Rates: 290.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom This room has a double bed with desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe and extra hanging space. It is upstairs next to bathroom and toilet. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: I pride myself on the cleanliness of the house so no cooked food in room and student must clean room regularly and wash bed linen (we can assist). Student has own toilet and main bathroom so must clean them themselves (cleaning products provided). If houseguest staying they/I will share cleaning. If using kitchen must clean up when finished (dishwasher available). Cats are indoors so not suited to person with allergies. 2 weeks notice required prior to vacating. Available to female Homestay students only.
