We have a specious house with front garden and huge backyard. 2 minutes walking to the bus stop. 500 meters to IGA supermarket. 5 minutes driving to Westfield Carousel shopping centre. 15 minutes driving to the city. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 525.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Check in time: 3pm to 9pm Check out time: 11am latest Guests are expected to treat my home with care and respect. Please change your shoes between indoors and outdoors. Keep your room and common area clean. No eating food inside the bedroom. No smoking and hard drinking inside and outside of the house. No cooking after 9pm. Minimum cooking. Please keep quiet after 10pm.
