It is a fully furnished 3x2 house. There is a beautiful, small park right at the door step and a peaceful walking trail by Canning River is a few steps away! It is close to all amenities such as bus stop, IGA, Westfield shopping centre. Guests to Consider: - Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. - Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip. Payment Method: Please note that we require guests to pay the total booking amount in advance to secure their room. Bank details will be provided after the booking is confirmed online. 2. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. 3. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 4. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 5. Please practice general cleanliness during your stay such as: wiping microwave after use, after you have spilled something or picking up hair after brusing in the bathroom. 6. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself and make sure you return everything back from where it was borrowed. 6. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. 7. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 8. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
