Single room inside house

You will live in a family home with myself a primary teacher and a our friendly dog Pepper - pictured. I have two older sons. A 17 years old student and the other 23 years who studies at Uni. I am an artist and teacher and pretty easygoing. We have a 12 year old dog Pepper who is friendly. The house is large with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is large and the garden too. There are two rooms for homestay. You share the bathroom pictured with the other homestay, there is an additional toilet. Both bedrooms are secure. I only take long-term bookings over 3 months. The booking includes a fortnightly clean, all bills, a furnished room, as well as breakfast foods for you to usr in the morning, and house items mentioned below. The location is connected to the local shops (Northlands Shopping Center), gym, and Darebin Creek — The house is very close to La Trobe University and NMIT Tafe. Both can be reached by regular bus or walking. A bus to La Trobe is 5 minutes. A bus to the city is 40-50 mins depending on the time you leave (details below). Driving a car is 30 mins. The furniture displayed in the room is for your use, it includes a large desk, side light, monitor, queen bed, couch, wardrobe, chest of drawers. My 23 yr old son lives in the bedroom bungalow outdoors, and is often not home, whilst my 17 year old son is home infrequently. I work full time and are home after 5pm weekdays. I am often in the studio off-site. I can offer a board of breakfast and dinner for $1700 per month and can meet dietary needs as required. Buses and Transport. The 251, 250 bus and express 350 leave regularly for Melbourne City. The bus stop is a 4 minute walk from my house. There are many additional buses to the Preston, Rosanna, Heidelberg and Fairfield train stations. The 86 Tram can be caught from the crn of Murray and Lower Plenty Roads. The tram travels though all the cool spots in the north where i live then to town. It is 25 mins to town by car (off peak). If you have any questions please PM me. I look forward to hearing from you! Breakfast foods and items included in the homestay: milk, bread, eggs and fruit. It includes dishwashing liquid, toilet rolls, and bathroom hand soap. Payment Please book and pay one months rent in advance or on arrival in cash. Once you hve arrived and set up a bank account you can direct deposit my payment in to my bank account. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1: Room with beautiful view with wooden wardrobe) with Shared bathroom A warm private room 2.8 x 4 m with a big wardrobe and double glazed window over looking back garden. It has a desk, drawers, and lamp, with a remote control ceiling fan and safe window with fly screen, with the shared bathroom ensuite adjacent. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2: Warm room with pretty view and timber drawers) with Shared bathroom 2.7 x 4m bdm with fly screen and blinds with ceiling fan and electric heater. It overlooks a private back garden with chair, desk, side lamp, clothing rack, drawer, and cabinet. The bathroom is shared with one other guest. The internet is Lan line or wifi Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: Be courteous. Quiet entry and exit from private room and bungalow and through the house. No parties. You are able to have friends visit but not stay.
