Our home is located in Fitzgibbon, a quiet and safe suburb in Brisbane with easy access to trains, shops, and parks. The house is clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful space ideal for study and relaxation. The available room(s) are fully furnished. One with with a king single bed, desk, wardrobe, the other with queen bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, media room, laundry, and outdoor area. We’re a friendly married couple, both working full-time as engineers, and we enjoy cooking, the outdoors, and a relaxed home environment. We’re excited to welcome you into our home and provide a safe, comfortable, and friendly place to stay while you visit Australia. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest Room 2 - Queen) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 295.00 Weekly / 1180.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Guest Room 1 - King Single) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 295.00 Weekly / 1180.00 Monthly House Rules: Payment Details Guests usually pay in cash on arrival. However, for stays longer than one week, we kindly ask for a 25% deposit to be paid in advance via bank transfer. If payment is made in advance and the guest cancels within 48 hours of arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable. House Rules No parties or loud gatherings. Friends are welcome to visit, just please run it past us beforehand. Be respectful of shared spaces and if there is other guests in the home. Kindness and courtesy go a long way, we aim to maintain a friendly, calm and relaxing environment. Keep noise to a minimum during the evening and early morning hours.
