In addition the start of (south) King Street is only a few minutes walk away also. Current full time occupant is a 38 year old Male - Tim (Hi). I work Monday to Friday and nearly always from my Surry Hills office. When I am not working, I like to have a chat and be sociable. I also love showcasing Sydney's Inner West and everything on offer.
