Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: ### Household Responsibilities --------------------------------------------------- **Cleaning**: The Owner and the Boarder will share cleaning responsibilities for common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. **Trash and Recycling**: The Owner and the Boarder will take turns taking out the trash and recycling on designated days (Wednesdays). ### Noise and Guests --------------------------------------- **Noise Levels**: Quiet hours will be observed from 8pm to 7am on weekdays and 10pm to 9am on weekends (sleeping and waking times). During the week I work from home therefore noise to be kept low during my working hours of 9am – 5pm. Both parties agree to keep noise at a reasonable level during these times. **Guests**: The Boarder may have guests over with prior consent of owner. If you would like to have a guest stay for a night, I’m sure this would be okay will me- just let me know first! The Boarder is responsible for their guests’ behavior.
