We have a lovely large and bright room available in a new house 10kms from Melbourne. Our house is 20 mins commute to Melbourne City. The room comes with plenty of storage, private bathroom ensuite, queen size bed and desk. Bed linen and wifi are also included. The room has central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan which can all be controlled by an app on your phone! Access to modern kitchen, laundry, rumpus room and garden. We live in a safe suburb, close to shops and parks. Plenty of links to transport - trams, buses and trains. Trams 2 mins walk away. Train 10 min walk away. You will be sharing the house with working parents, 17 year old boy twins, 15 year old girl. Plus two friendly dogs.
