The artistic environment of the building is extended via the leafy and quiet suburb (nature reserve) with beautiful bush views all around. Our house is a stone's throw from the famous Roadhouse Cafe, Tallow's Beach and the adjacent tea tree lake. The heart of Byron Bay is less than 5 minutes away by car or Uber. The room available changes around on occasion, yet all rooms of the house are lovingly furnished. The garden offers various outdoor areas with sitting options and a sauna. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Polliana) with Private bathroom This room is North-West facing with a private outdoor area and separate entry. The space is about 16m, has a desk, a couch, a built-in and also other storage. Lovingly furnished with hardwood floors and original artwork. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: No shoes in the house, no smoking inside, no meat or fish cooked inside of the house. Prefer quiet guests as our suburb is quiet and relaxing. Minimum stay is 3 days for a long weekend (with a public holiday), otherwise minimum stay is 1 week with payment arranged at time of booking with end clean of $50, non-refundable.
