The artistic environment of the building is extended via the leafy and quiet suburb (nature reserve) with beautiful bush views all around. Our house is a stone's throw from the famous Roadhouse Cafe, Tallow's Beach and the adjacent tea tree lake. The heart of Byron Bay is less than 5 minutes away by car or Uber. The room available changes around on occasion, yet all rooms of the house are lovingly furnished. The garden offers various outdoor areas with sitting options and a sauna. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Polliana) with Shared bathroom This room is North-West facing with a private outdoor area and separate entry. The space is about 16m, has a desk, a couch, a built-in and also other storage. Lovingly furnished with hardwood floors and original artwork. Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Triple Room (Penthouse) with Ensuite bathroom This space is on the top floor facing North, is 36m and has a private rooftop terrace with views offering a lush rainforest feel. The bed is king size and the space is lovingly furnished. Capacity: 3 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No shoes in the house, no smoking inside, no meat or fish cooked inside of the house. Prefer quiet guests as our suburb is quiet and relaxing. Minimum stay is 7 days (1 week) with payment arranged at time of booking. End clean fee for Polliana is $100, for the Penthouse $200, non-refundable. A deposit of $300 (for damages) paid on arrival is redeemable. Shorter (less than 7 days) or longer stays (more than 28 days) can be negotiated.
