I am an experienced homestay host, having previously hosted international students for three years in Sydney. I provide a clean, calm and structured home environment suitable for independent adult students, internship placements and overseas student travellers. The home is located in a quiet area of Byron Bay, close to Belongil Beach, with easy access to public transport and a short commute to many established schools, colleges, universities and hospitality venues within the Byron Bay area. Shops, cafes, supermarkets and other everyday amenities are also conveniently close by, making it a great location for both study and work placements. I currently have two fully furnished rooms available — one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed. Guests will also have access to a private bathroom, laundry facilities, internet and shared living spaces. The home features a peaceful outdoor entertaining area with a tranquil garden setting, surrounded by lush greenery and rainforest nearby, creating a relaxed Byron Bay atmosphere. Bikes are also available for guests to use during their stay. I share the home with my friendly, well-behaved older dog, who is relaxed and used to having people around. I maintain a relaxed yet respectful household and enjoy creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
