I have 2 rooms available for rent, available at the start of July. Situated in Bundoora. Big shed in the back for recreation/storage etc. Close to shops , gym and freeway entrance. 10 min from both RMIT and La Trobe. Looking for respectable roommates who are clean and easy to get along with. Anyone is welcome to come have a look and a chat. Rent and bills will be split evenly, with both rooms filled the monthly rent will be $725 each, bills are quite affordable. Couples can be considered, no pets as I have 2 cats already.
