surfing/boating family in Brisbane

we live in a quiet suburb close to the CBD of Brisbane within walking distance to shops, bus stops and parks. Our brick house has 5 bedrooms, aircon , a piano and a cozy fireplace for cool nights. A large spacious patio with a BBQ overlooks the garden. I love cooking and gardening and we have daily fresh eggs from our 4 chickens. Andrew is a keen surfer and motorsport enthusiast. He will love to take you to an Aussie rugby game. Room(s): 1. Single Room (bedroom no 1) with Shared bathroom room over looking the garden, has a desk, build in wardrobe and a single bed Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom large room ( ground floor) with bunk beds, bed sheets and bath towels are provided Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Bedroom 3) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room , downstairs with access to the garden outside. It has aircon, queen size bed and a bar fridge. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep our home secure and lock the front door when leaving the house. I also have 1 cat - please don’t let them out, especially at night .
