Three- Bedroom unit in the main street of Beenleigh, 5 -7 minute walk to 2 X shopping centres, 2 hotels and train station along with plenty of fast food outlets. Bus stop just outside, can arrange undercover parking if needed also can pick up from the airport for a reasonable fee to cover fuel and tolls (Est:$40) Bedroom #1 has two single beds, a wardrobe and small desk, fan and desk light $56 per night for two people or $40 per night for one person. Bedroom #2 has a king single bed, built in robe, fan, desk with a desk light and a 90+cm flat screen smart TV. $43 per night for one person. (This room is the only access to the garden so I may need to knock, and walk through it occasionally to water the garden) A large air conditioner is in the living area (Living, dining, kitchen all one space) which will cool or heat the whole unit. A light breakfast can be provided, toast, spreads and selected cereal with full cream milk if required. A big breakfast, Bacon, eggs, tomato and sausage with toast or other meals can be arranged at a minor extra cost. I occasionally offer a nice home cooked meal free of charge and have an open invitation to my family gatherings with my adult kids and grandkids. Can provide all delicious and substantial 3 meals per day plus snacks, ice-cream etc. I don't skimp on anything, from $15.00 per person per day. I am generous and laid back with a great sense of humour. I am 65 with a social brain of a 30 year old. Can provide comprehensive assistance and information on do's and don'ts for new arrivals from overseas. I have a direct contact on a farm near Brisbane for those that want to extend their visa by doing farm work for 88 days. I was able to get Justine, from France a job there for 3 months so she could extend her visa. I also advised and helped her set up her car for off grid living. All payments in cash to be made in advance check-in from 1pm check-out 11am. Most guests have extended for weeks after their original booking finished.
