Most of the rules are common sense: no food in the bedrooms, we are a non-smoking house, keep the noise to a level that is considerate of other tenants, do not bring non-guests into the home without a prior arrangement with us. A light breakfast is included. We do NOT offer our guests kitchen privileges and offer only very minor refrigerator space. Do not plan to store or cook food. Your host is a non-smoker.
