Hello! I’m Francesca, an Italian professional potter and artist based in Fremantle, living with my two sons, Gabriel (3 years old) and Henri (10 months). Our home is situated in a lovely residential area with a beautiful street view of the ocean. It’s within walking distance to a variety of pubs, cafes, and restaurants, and just a 20-minute stroll to South Beach. Public transport is also easily accessible nearby. The house features a spacious, open-plan living area with views of the pool and a striking turquoise mosaic wall. We have three cozy bedrooms, along with a charming outdoor space both at the front and back of the house, adjacent to the swimming pool. As an artist, I run my pottery studio from home, where I create my art and teach pottery to students. My passion for pottery is at the heart of everything we do here, and it is a key theme throughout the house. Being Italian, I often speak Italian to my children, as well as to Italian friends and clients who visit the house. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Dear Guest, I’d like to share a few guidelines to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and respected in our home. As I have two young children, I tend to go to bed early with them. For the comfort of all, I ask that the house remains quiet before 7:30 AM and after 7:30 PM. During the day, I often host guests in my art studio, which is located in the front of the house, as I teach pottery from home. On Saturdays, in particular, I host pottery workshops with wine and food, which take place in the large living room area. These workshops typically run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and while the living room remains accessible, I kindly ask that guests wear appropriate attire and maintain a respectful and polite demeanor. The workshops are a calm and relaxing activity, so we strive to keep noise levels low and would appreciate the same consideration from everyone. Additionally, please note that I do not allow men in the house, and if you plan to invite any guests for coffee or a meal, I kindly ask that you inform me in advance. I am happy to welcome your guests as well, provided there are no more than three people and the visit lasts no longer than a couple of hours. Please be mindful that visits should not take place during a workshop, after 6:00 PM (as it is dinner and bedtime), or before 9:00 AM. As I work from home, I have limited time to focus on my tasks. I would appreciate a quiet environment during these hours, so I kindly request no loud music or phone calls while I am working. Although this is a friendly and welcoming home, it is not intended for parties. I do not allow excessive drinking or smoking, and it is very important that the atmosphere remains safe and respectful at all times. Any behavior that is disrespectful or antisocial will not be tolerated, and individuals will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Occasionally, we host an au pair or demi-pair who helps with the house, cooking, and caring for the children. Please also note that we do not allow pets in the house.
