This is a four bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse. I'm renting a private room, with a queen bed, 65'' TV with a few recliner and a large table that double as a work area. Single Room (Like Home) with Shared bathroom This has a Queen size bed and large with window and a sliding door. This room is located on the ground floor with view of the backyard. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1650.00 Monthly House Rules: Please no drugs and no smoking in the house, all smoking are done away from the house. Please clean up after yourself by helping to keep the common area clean after use. The room is off the kitchen for your privacy, I ask that you keep the doors close.
