The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Guests are welcome to store their food in the refrigerator and can enjoy coffee or tea in the morning. Please be advised that as this is a shared roommate setting, guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of common areas. This includes promptly disposing of trash, cleaning up after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as placing dishes in the dishwasher immediately after use and not leaving them in the sink. Additional cleaning of common areas is provided once a month as a courtesy. Please note that in case of any complaints regarding cleanliness, a penalty in the form of an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Street parking details: - for parking you need a permit on our street (usually with 3mo stay). - cars must be moved when street cleaning is in effect, the signs will state when - if you don’t have a permit then it’s 2 hours. - overnight (6pm-8am) should be fine w/o a permit - we can offer paid parking a few blocks away as well (10min walk) Our community in San Francisco offers a unique communal living arrangement where we welcome everyone.
