Nice location & clean homestay!

We have been homestay family since 2002. Love to host homestay students! Our house is in mission district. Exciting neighborhood with many restaurants and bars. Very close walk to bart train station. Train can take you downtown in 10 minutes. Also very close to Dolores park, Giants baseball stadium and Warriors basketball stadium. Our family like shopping, eating, and cooking. Like to watch movies and sports. We own business. It is a karate school. Homestay father is from Hawaii. Mother is from Philippines. English is language in house. Our house has free wifi and television. We want you to have fun, practice english and enjoy San Francisco! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room A) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Twin Room (Room B) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 3. Twin Room (Room C) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (Room D) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 5. Single Room (Room E) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: Family does not drink alcohol. We ask for no drinking in the house. If you eat you have to wash your own dishes. Keep room and bathroom clean. Must ask permission before inviting outside friends. Breakfast is light. Just grab and go. Dinnertime is between 6 to 7pm. Please note, we own other business and will be busy most nights between 5 to 8pm.
