Moments away from the ocean

I live in a flat that is located 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes to the heart of the mission in San Francisco. Bus stop is at the corner and bart down the street. I have a European kitchen that leads out to a terrace garden with a View of the ocean and Mt Tam . Room(s): 1. Single Room (Ocean view) with Shared bathroom This is a medium room with a queen bed with a view of the ocean. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please keep my home secure lock up when entering and leaving. Please be aware that we are in a water shortage. Feel free to use the kitchen Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Please do not invite strangers in to my home. If inviting a friend over please let me know in advance.
