Welcome to my beautifully remodeled townhome in the popular & fun neighborhood of North Park. The primary guest room is bright and stylish and comes with a private bathroom. You’ll also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, and full access to the house—including the kitchen, patio, living room, and laundry area. I’m an active, young-at-heart woman who works part-time from home as a graphic and website designer. Must love dogs and welcome my boyfriend who stays with me often (they're both just lovely!). My home is best suited for someone independent who’s looking for a quiet and relaxing place to unwind at the end of a busy day. I’ve been hosting exchange students and international guests for over 30 years and love helping each one have an unforgettable experience in San Diego. Hosting travelers is deeply meaningful to me—exploring new places and sharing my city are two of my greatest joys. After spending 4+ years living as an expat on the Azuero Peninsula of Panamá, I’m thrilled to be back in my hometown and excited to welcome you! Double Room (Second Level Bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom Spacious upstairs room with private bath, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Includes high-speed WiFi, all utilities, bi-weekly cleaning, and access to a quiet office with desk—ideal for studying or remote work. Capacity: 2 Rates: 600.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Small Stylish Bedroom + Private Bath) with Private bathroom Small, bright & cute! Hardwood floors with cozy rug, full-sized bed, nightstand, mirrored closet with hanging organizers. Private bathroom just outside the bedroom — all yours. Capacity: 1 Rates: 425.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: My home is your home! I am very easy going, but I would appreciate if you paid attention to the following: No shoes inside the house, please. During the week, I would prefer quiet after 10 pm. I'm up late on the weekends! And, please, check with me first about bringing strangers to our home. There are plenty of cool places to meet them in the neighborhood! I have a super friendly dog (dog sit jobs occasionally are available if you want!). Additional Info: Parking is on the street, usually within two blocks of the house.
