However, the private bathroom is located on the first floor. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: I am a lenient landlord with a couple house rules. No overnight guests, clean up after yourselves (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen), no smoking inside ONLY outside the house.
