Please leave them by the door when you come in. - Quiet hours start after 10pm and ends at 7 am. It's very important to follow it! - Your room has all the necessities. The door has a lock if needed. You are free to come in and out house anytime. - The bathroom has organic soap, shampoo and conditioner for you to use. It also has fan/hair dryer in the drawer. Please use everything what is in the bathroom. - I try to make this house as sustainable as possible, living in the busy city. I have gray water system in place. So, before you use any laundry or dishwashing soap, please consult with me so I can check its ingredients. I offer free biodegradable alternatives so that this extra quality is hassle-free for you. - You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room and garden patio areas as well. - You are welcome to use all the appliances in the kitchen. - There are some breakfast items in the kitchen for you to use: coffee, tea, oatmeal, cereal and seasonal fruits from my garden. - Is you are using kitchen dishes, please wash them after you done with it. - The kitchen has excellent drinking water. Please use it, the water tastes very good and good for your health! - The house is located next to a great walking, hiking, biking and jogging area: two parks and Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve. I usually run in the morning. You are welcome to join me. - If you want to bike in that beautiful area, I have two mountain bikes for rent. They cost $20 for a whole day per each bike. - If you wish to spend the day at the beach - I have beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for rent: $20 for the whole set per day. - I am a book lover! There is large English and Russian library in the house. Please use it! Ask me for recommendations. - I am a Tango dancer. Ask me about best local Milongas and classes in San Diego. - My garden is set up following the best permaculture and organic traditions. Please ask for a garden tour. I love sharing my experience and mistakes. I will likely feed you herbs and flowers while we walk around. - Drop off and pick up from the airport is available too (for an additional fee). We charge regular Uber fee. Please contact me at least a day in advance to make the arrangements. - Drop off and pick up from Sorrento Valley train station is free.
