About Us We are a professional couple—a fashion designer and a security executive—living in a peaceful, multi-generational home. We love home cooking and beach hikes. My sweet mother-in-law stays on the lower floor, while the guest room and our area are upstairs, ensuring excellent quiet and privacy for everyone. Our Pets We have two well-behaved dogs: Peanut, a charming small pup, and Troy, a kind and genial German Shepherd. They are a big part of our lives but we are always respectful of our guests' space. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Sunny room ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: House Rules • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the peaceful nature of our quiet residential street and our multi-generational household. • Smoking & Vaping: Our home is strictly smoke-free indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside only. We kindly ask that you keep doors closed and use the provided ashtray to keep our outdoor space clean. • Visitors: For the security and privacy of our family, no outside visitors or overnight guests are permitted. • Our Dogs: Peanut and Troy are friendly members of our family. For everyone’s comfort, please do not feed them or allow them into your bedroom. • Kitchen Use: You are welcome to use the kitchen for light meal prep. Please clean up immediately after use to help us maintain our organized • Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
