Cozy & FULLY furnished room

Hi there, my name is Priscilla. I'm from Queens New York, and I have been here for almost a decade now. Currently, it is just me (23F) and my mom (55f) living in this home, we are looking for another, preferably, FEMALE STUDENT to enjoy their stay in this fantastic city. We will have frozen breakfast items available and other ready to eat meals for your convenience as well as the kitchen (stove and microwave) which will be free to use as you please. Help yourself to anything in the kitchen and please bare in mind, I have a small dog (she does not bark much and is kept very clean) who stays in my room all day and night. We can provide some other furniture such as a small dresser, a small desk and a bedside table. The bathroom downstairs is private to you, no one uses it besides our guests.
