We provide a place where like-minded people rent private or shared rooms and share common living spaces in houses and apartment buildings. As a member, you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app. HOME Our property is a beautiful apartment located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, which will make your everyday life as comfortable as it possibly can be: weekly cleaning, all great-sized and well-designed private rooms with a queen-size bed, comfortable transportation, and a spacious living room with a smart TV. You cover a monthly fee, and everything comes included: no utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs! BEDROOM You will be accommodated in a private bedroom with a queen-size or full-size bed, desk, and closet. All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort. Your room will be move-in-ready and fully furnished; there's no need to even bring a pillow. Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Individual lockers are provided.  COMMON AREAS It was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our coliving space includes a living room and kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work, and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world.  Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.  We provide: many bathroom essentials, and there are never queues—you'll never have to wait. regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study; All our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free. 24/7 security cameras in all common areas. However, we have a partnership with a coworking. All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. We do allow couples and friends to stay in private rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. No, unfortunately not Alcohol – being a health-oriented community, we recommend minimizing alcohol consumption. You may have overnight guests as a paid service. It will be $15 / night. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance if someone is coming. Security deposits are typically returned within 2 weeks after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. . You are allowed to check in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $35 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee. Basic details for a quick background check We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day. There is a restriction in New York for any outside bedroom locks, but you can lock your bedroom when you are inside. You shouldn't worry about your safety when you are out: 1) You will have a safe in the room 2) We have cameras in all common areas 3) We have only long-term residents (usually people staying with us for 6-8 months, but not less than a month). We have laundry machines available to everyone. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.
