The apartment is in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Times Square, Central Park, and the iconic Radio City Music Hall are only a few blocks away. There are also plenty of dining options and convenience stores located right outside. The 1, C, E, B, D, N, Q, R, and W trains are all close by. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms; one of the bathrooms belongs to the primary bedroom. The other four bedrooms share one large bathroom. The apartment has a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as high-speed wifi. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all the basic cleaning supplies! We accommodate students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community! Our leases are for a minimum of three months, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship.
