We live in a nice, bright and spacious home located in a gated community with public transportation within walking distance. Shopping, gym, restaurants and more are close by too. We are easy going, respectful and love to help international students when they stay in our home. We have been hosts for over 12 years and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We have 3 bedrooms available for our hosts . No meals included. Kitchen is not included but we have a separate refrigerator and microwave for you to use during your stay. Single Room (Second upstairs room) with Shared bathroom Spacious, full size bed, desk and walk in closet with a big window and wooden floors. Monthly fees are $1000 for 1 person. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Good manners are a big plus. No smoking inside the house, treating each other with respect and no foul language is very important to us. Quiet time after 10pm. Laundry usage is once a week with a full load of cloths. Having curtesy with one another is always the key to a great stay. Additional Info: Meals included: sled prepared continent al breakfast 7 days a week. Home made dinner Monday thru Friday can be arranged for an additional charge. Transportation can also be provided for an additional fee.
