Quiet home near Lynn Woods

Our house is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a converted upstairs loft (currently being used only for storage). The location is quiet on a friendly dead end street with very little traffic. The proximity to the Lynn Woods hiking trails and the great backyard make this a fun place to stay if you enjoy being outdoors and enjoying nature. Our home is well-loved and well taken care of. Located in the suburbs north of Boston, this location is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, but close enough to major highways to get to the city with relative ease. Owner, 32 yo female, lives on site part time. Owner lives on Cape Cod part time due to partner's work. Several weeks per month the owner works in Cambridge and lives on site. Very quiet and responsible. Takes great care of property. Bedroom available has a full size bed, medium sized closet, underbed storage drawers and built in storage shelves. Bathroom is shared. Living room and dining room available. Outdoor space with tables, chairs and gas fire pit available. The bathroom was recently renovated with high end shower finishes and a large soaking tub. The kitchen was recently updated with all new appliances. Laundry and storage available in the basement. Although the basement is not totally weather tight. Smart lock, security cameras and remote temperature monitoring are all installed in the home. Tenant will be given access to all of these apps - which are strictly for security and maintenance purposes and will not be regularly monitored by landlord. Room(s): 1.
