The second floor is a lounge with an outdoor deck that overlooks the rear yard. The third floor is a cozy, sun lit, converted attic space with lounging and sleeping nooks. Our coliving rooms are intended for single occupancy. There are ample common areas within the residence to work. There is a diverse group of people who live at the residences. Diversity is what strengthens our communities.  The typical age of residents is from the low twenties to the mid-thirties. Residents come from many different backgrounds and industries, from entrepreneurs, engineers, and accountants to social workers, teachers, nurses, and entertainers.
