Quiet times 9:45 PM to 6:30 AM weekdays. 10:45 PM - 8:00 AM weekends. Absolutely no overnight guests. Visitors upon agreement. Use of patio space matches the quiet time hours above. No drug or alcohol use. Pool/Gym access is an added per use fee. There will be shared household chores.
