The apartment overall feels more like a small house. Tastefully furnished, clean and uncluttered. There is a really nice private gated yard. There is a nice lounge area in the yard and also a dinning table seats 6 - and a B-B-Q. Lemon & Orange trees. Very peaceful setting. The Bedroom for rent has a new queen size bed, 2 night tables, Small leather sofa, 30" round table, and a 46' flat screen TV, Small walk-in closet, 2 windows, and hardwood floors. The bathroom is shared - it is a separate stall shower and separate bathtub, Washer and Dryer in the unit. You have full access to everything except my room. I have 1 adorable small dog (chihuahua mix) Terabyte - who loves everyone I work at home as a spiritual teacher teaching online workshops Room(s): 1. Double Room (1Private Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly House Rules: BASIC HOUSE RULES You must clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. Wash your own towels and sheets in our laundry room. Wash your own dishes in the kitchen. Be respectful of excessive noise. There is no smoking inside the house, but you may smoke in the garden area out side. PAYMENT Payment needs to be made in advance WHEN BOOKING using Venmo or Paypal. Or at least a deposit that is agreed upon - and then cash upon arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel prior to 7 days before your arrival you can get your full deposit back. if you cancel after 7 days before your arrival you will lose your deposit.
