It is on the ground floor with an individual entrance from the backyard, south facing with lots of natural sunlight and a great view of the garden. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Overnight visitors are not allowed. * No Pets, please. * Indoor smoking is Not allowed. Outdoor smoking is allowed Only at a designated table set in our backyard. * Vaping, Marijuana or any illegal drugs are prohibited entirely * Excessive alcohol use is not permitted. * Laundry once weekly is included. Laundry hours are 7:00AM to 3:00PM * Airport pickup/drop-off from/to LAX Airport is available by the host with a small service charge. Guest who needs the service must inform the host the detailed travel information including confirmed flight schedule in 7 days advance. Airport service hours are 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM departure from Homestay * Guest with a vehicle can park on the driveway with no extra charge.
