Center of Orange County

I am a retired nurse with a lovely home in the center of the safest city in California. I have a small poodle terrier mix dog that lives here with me. He is a friendly pooch that loves to greet visitors. I have a four bedroom home, however to comply with city ordinance I am only able to rent out one room at a time. Also I am only able to accept guests that stay longer than 30 days. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Red Room ) with Shared bathroom This room has a full sized bed with a large desk and large closet. It is adjacent to the bathroom. Triple pane windows. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: We have no show policy in the home. Smoking permitted outside only . Water scarcity in California. We are in a drought and we have to limit one shower per day for 15 minutes. No overnight guests After booking please reach out to me. We accept PayPal and we have square if you want to pay by credit card. There is a 3 percent surcharge by the credit card company.
