El Cerrito Hills Our family lives in a 4 bedroom house with a panoramic view of the San Francisco and Marin skyline. We are a family of three with our teenage daughter and a cat named, Nom Nom. We are conveniently located near public transportation and a short ride to popular shopping stops and restaurants. Our house is a ranch style with two levels: a kitchen and dining room joined with a living room and three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs: a spacious private bedroom with a half Bath with a sweeping view of the San Francisco Bay adjoining our family room equipped with a large screen TV, Piano and library. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Studio Suite) with Ensuite bathroom This room is a spacious comfortable room that is perfect for 1 person or for a couple and has two twin beds facing the Bay and San Fracisco View. Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 2000.00 Monthly House Rules: -Please keep our house secure and double -lock the front door when entering and leaving the house -Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm please -Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after.
