This green space is surrounded by large-scale homes built around the turn of the century. Once a popular raceway for nineteenth-century carriage drivers and cyclists, this green space is a quiet getaway in the Logan Square neighborhood. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, arcades, art exhibits, and coffee shops! A 5-minute walk will leave you in front of the Chicago Blue Line giving you easy transportation to Chicago's Loop, UIC campus, and the UIC hospital. We are more than just a regular apartment. Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room. You can use the living room as a work area. Your roommates will always change. We have people from all over the world, doing anything from working, completing their PHDs, making art, and everything in between. When booking through Coliving.com, our Move-in fee is applied directly to the rent so there are no additional fees associated with the rent. The only other potential costs would be fees associated with damages done to the community. Yes, each room will have a bed, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe or storage space, and windows! No. All food will be your responsibility. We have free in-unit washing and cleaning units Yes! We designed the kitchens to be perfect for making your own meals. We provide cookware, utensils, and basic spices in our communities. Yes! All our community areas are free to work on. We have a house keeper clean common areas every week.
