Welcome to my comfortable home in Chicago, just 10 minutes from the beach. I offer a large private bedroom in a quiet space that I share only with me. Guests are welcome to use the common living areas and enjoy a calm, relaxing stay. To keep the home comfortable for everyone, I don’t allow alcohol, loud parties, smoking or vaping inside the home. A maximum of two guests is welcome, making this space ideal for married couples or single travelers staying for one or two nights. Unregistered guests or visitors and pets are not permitted. I also ask that shoes be removed inside the home and that shared spaces are used respectfully and kept tidy. Check-in and check-out times can be arranged within a set time window.
