Convenient Room w/Private Bathroom

Hi! I am new to this site, but I have years of experience hosting students through a local college ESL program. My home is a modern place to stay that is conveniently located (20 min train ride to downtown) that is close to the White Sox stadium. I keep things very clean and each room has its own bathroom, which makes it easy to get ready in the morning. My family lives on the first floor and Homestay guests have the lower level for privacy and convenience. Family Room (Black & White Room) with Private bathroom This room is simple and clean with comfy mattresses and a gorgeous large bathroom with double vanity. The beds are full size, so this is a bunk bed that can handle adults comfortably. There are 2 closets that guests can utilize for their luggage. Capacity: 4 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: I prefer to keep things clean and simple in my home, so I am strict about rules. If you treat me and my home with respect, you will have a great time. :) I am here to help. - Breakfast is continental style. Help yourself to cereal, bread, jam, fruit, and coffee. - Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors. - Smoking indoors will cancel your homestay immediately. Smoking outside of the yard is best, so neighbors don’t complain. - Please keep the home secure and lock doors when leaving the house. - Please take your shoes off at the door to prevent dirt from the CTA station. - No parties or friends over without asking via text first. - Please keep things clean and turn lights off at night or before leaving the house. - Please knock on closed doors and wait for an answer before entering, to be polite. Going into other people’s bedrooms without permission is absolutely prohibited. - If anything breaks, please tell me so I can fix it. - Please keep quiet between the hours of 10pm to 7am so everyone can get a good night of sleep. :) - Please be kind and polite to others (please, thank you, etc.) Amenities: Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Parking Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
