My home, hopefully your home soon, is close to all means of transportation. It's in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and close to beautiful parks. We are one block away from the bus line that runs 24 hours and close to 4 train stations. We love to be of help to new people in the city. The city has many, many things to offer to create lifetime memories. We also speak Spanish, in case translation might be needed. We are teachers, I still teach English at the City Colleges of Chicago. Room(s): 1. Single Room (apartment like room with private entrance) with Private bathroom It is a Room in a big and spacious area . It has access to the kitchen and refrigerator,laundry, and all common areas.i t also has an independent entrance. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2/SECOND floor) with Shared bathroom It's a huge, fully furnished bedroom with a garden view. It has a desk and chair, a private door to the bathroom, and full access to ALL the house's facilities: the kitchen, laundry, living room, and dining room. It's quiet and private. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 3/ Second floor) with Shared bathroom This room is very big on the second floor. It's fully furnished. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (Room 4/ Garden view) with Shared bathroom This room is a double room on the ground floor. It has it's own private entrance and a it's in a small apartment like place. It has it's own fridge and access to microwave, grill and coffee maker. It has a shared huge bathroom with jacuzzi. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 5. Single Room (Room with private bathroom in Logan Square) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Not too many, just appropiate behavior and be considerate to other guests.
