Warm and cozy

We have a lovely bedroom for guests. It has a Queen size canopy bed , triple dresser, desk, night table , comfortable chair for reading. My son and I live here . I am often in Miami during the winter months but Chris is always here and has hosted many homestay guests . Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom This is a large bedroom, 3 windows, triple dresser ,night stand, desk ,chair , 40 inch television with fire stick ,Wi-Fi. Very comfortable and The beautiful Queen size bed . Capacity: 1 Rates: 290.00 Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly House Rules: Payment is due upon arrival, preferably in cash. Will accept PayPal as payment but guest will have to pay the fee. Christopher smokes, but not in our home.Smoking is allowed only outside.
