This is a quiet, non-smoking household, so noise should be kept to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings. Please keep the bedroom and guest bathroom tidy during your stay. The guest bathroom is shared only with one other guest; the host does not use this bathroom. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior discussion. Guests are welcome to come and go freely but are asked to ensure doors are locked when entering or leaving. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
