The room has a queen bed, nightstands, a desk, lamps, art books and a large closet. Shared full bathroom with a marble shower and in unit washer/dryer guests are welcome to use. Shared open floor plan living space including a dishwasher. Located at the southwest corner of historic Prospect Park and a short train ride or bike ride to Coney Island. Easy access to Manhattan and all the city has to offer! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Exposed Brick Queen Room w/Private half bath) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 800.00 Weekly / 2900.00 Monthly House Rules: Check In Time: 1pm / Check Out Time: 12pm No pets. No children under 12yrs. No smoking. Shoes off household. Quite Hours 11pm - 8am. Guests can come and go as they please, I just ask things not be too loud during these hours for respect to my neighbors. Payments: 50% deposit required to secure dates. Zelle, Paypal or Venmo. For foreign guests, Revolut can be used. The remaining booking total must be made upon the first day of check in. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is less than a week from the booked dates, then full deposit is kept. If cancellation is more than a week away from the booked dates, full deposit will be returned.
