Room for rent

This is a room at the lower level of a raised ranch style house with a private entrance. The room has a queen size bed, 2 bedside drawers, dresser mirror and a study desk. Also at the lower level are the following areas available to guess: Laundry area, 1/2 bath, dinette area with a toaster oven, a microwave and a small refrigerator. Guest will have access to a full bathroom located upstairs for shower purposes only. No access to full kitchen upstairs, no smoking, no loud music after 10pm weekdays and midnight weekends. The home have two adults, we both work from home. Our home is quiet and warm. It is located in a quiet residential area, near a commuter rail station and a local bus stop. The back yard of the house shares property lines with city reservation land and community park area with a soccer field and a tennis court. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Lower level bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Please use the back door to enter and exit the property The Door adjoining the lower and upper level will be locked overnight Access to the full bathroom upstairs is for shower purposes- specific hours of use to be determined. No smoking anywhere on the premises No pets is allowed Overnight guest is allowed with prior written request and permission. Over night guest may stay for the duration of one night only Guests are not allowed access to the upper level of the home except to shower. Please make full payment during booking.: Full refund will be allocated if booking is cancelled 15 days prior to reservation date. 50% of booking price will be refunded if reservation is canceled less then 14 days prior to reservation date.
