Fully Furnished: The rooms are furnished with a single bed, desk, desk chair, lamp, closet, clothing organizers, ceiling fan and central ac/heating vent. The room has a private restroom. In-home laundry. Fully furnished kitchen and living areas. E-Bike charging station at home and street parking available in the neighborhood. Young, Fun Hosts: Jaz & Seb (married, mid 30’s), one child (1 yr old) and a small, sweet family dog. We’ve hosted international high school and college students for three years. We’ve loved every minute of it. We are a multilingual household: French, Spanish, English. We eat meals together and love weekend activities (ie. hiking, beach, food tours, book stores, shopping malls, movies, etc) that you’re more than welcome to join. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 60 days’ notice for any cancellation of a long term stay (longer than 6 months). Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
