Catbnb is a quiet, bright home in Paço de Arcos, just a short walk from the beach. The room is private and includes its own bathroom. The apartment is bright throughout the day, with shared access to a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is fibre internet and a comfortable setup for working if needed. I live here as well, and the space is shared with three affectionate and well-cared-for cats who move freely around the house and are very much part of it. The atmosphere is generally calm and unhurried. Right by the sea, with train and bus connections that make it easy to reach Lisbon while staying in a quieter setting. This is a simple, lived-in home, best suited for someone who enjoys a quiet environment, likes cats, and is comfortable sharing space in a respectful way. Room(s): 1. Once a booking is confirmed, we will contact the guest to organise the payments. - Cancellation policy: the deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
