Located on the top floor of a building with lift access, the space benefits from abundant natural light and open views, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout. Electricity and water are included up to a general monthly limit of €300, allowing for a balanced and worry-free living experience. As these are considered more personal belongings, pillows and bed linen are not included by default; however, they can be provided as part of a convenient starter kit, which is also included. The kitchen is exceptionally large — comparable in size to a generous living room — and filled with natural light. It is fully equipped with a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and other essential appliances. It is further supported by two large-capacity refrigerators located in a separate room, as well as a spacious pantry, also set in its own dedicated area. To proceed with a contract, we require a copy of your identification document (Citizen Card or passport for non-Portuguese nationals). Students should provide proof of enrolment, while working professionals are asked to submit a copy of their employment contract along with recent payslips. You will be sharing the residence with students and young professionals, typically aged between 20 and 30.
