Single Room (Azores Room x1) with Shared bathroom Bright joyful room, 1 single bed (beneath there is another bed, just in case), closet for towels, linen, clothes and shoes, desk w/ chair, bookshelves, wifi incl. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Wall-painted Room x2) with Shared bathroom Bright artistic double bed room minimalist but cozy Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please keep the house tidy and clean on a daily basis. When leaving, make sure windows/doors are closed. No more pets accepted (I already have mine). Smoking only terrace/garden. Silence after 1/2 night (except in case of parties). 2 more rooms upstairs (mine and a private one).
